Course Description


HSE Communication Course  will provide attendees with an understanding and awareness of the elements of communication and factors that influence our ability to communicate safety messages more effectively. The function, scope, and effective characteristics of safety training will also be presented. Among the topics discussed will be adult learning needs, selection and use of media, effective facilitation skills, training evaluation, and delivering safety training that raises awareness and changes behavior.

Course Objective


After attending the program you will achieve the:

·         Public safety communications and  exposure to field operations.

·         Fundamental public safety communications technology, supervisory, and personnel management skills.

·         Knowledge of local communications and communications system, frequencies and spectrum, technologies, local topography, and system site locations, including knowledge of local, regional, and state communication plans, and communications and resource contacts.

·         Exposure route

·         Exposure doses

·         Safe Transportation of chemicals

·         Handling and storage of chemicals

·         Labeling system and material safety data sheet


Day 4:

·         Good communication inside the workplace.

·         Permit to work system

·         Communication in lifting processes


Day 5:

·         Internal communication

·         External communication

·         Lock out tag out systems
